1. What Founding Member Means
Founding Members are early subscribers who join Orion during its founding period. In exchange for backing the product early, you receive a discounted introductory rate and priority input into what gets built next.
These terms add to the Terms of Service. Where they conflict, these terms control for Founding Member pricing.
2. Lifetime Price Lock — How It Actually Works
Your Founding Member rate stays locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. We will not raise your rate while that is true.
- “Continuously active” means renewals keep succeeding and the subscription is never canceled or lapsed.
- A failed payment that is resolved promptly does not break the lock; an extended lapse does.
- The lock applies to the plan you subscribed to. Switching plans means the new plan’s pricing applies, unless we say otherwise in writing.
3. If You Cancel
If you cancel or your subscription lapses, the Founding Member rate may no longer be available. If you resubscribe later, you may be charged the then-current retail price. We may, but are not obligated to, restore a founding rate.
4. Future Pricing
Retail pricing for new customers may increase at any time as Orion adds capability. Founding Member pricing is a limited introductory offer and may be withdrawn for new signups without notice. Existing Founding Members keep their locked rate under section 2.
Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-processor fees are outside the locked rate and may change based on your location or law.
5. Early Access
Where we offer early access to new modules, Founding Members are included first. Early access features are provided as-is, may change, may contain defects, and may be withdrawn or moved to a different plan before general release. Early access is a benefit, not a guarantee that any specific feature will ship.
6. Non-Transferable
Founding Member status belongs to your account. It cannot be sold, gifted, transferred to another person, or moved to a different account, and it cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Billing
- Your subscription renews automatically at your locked rate each billing period until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Failed payments may be retried, and paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel any time from account settings or by emailing support@ultimatebillorganizer.com. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy in the Terms of Service, and any refund rights your local law gives you still apply.
9. What Founding Member Status Does Not Include
- It is not equity, ownership, revenue share, or an investment in JW Innovative Solutions LLC.
- It does not guarantee any financial outcome from using Orion.
- It does not guarantee that a specific feature will be built, or that the Service will operate indefinitely.
